Corrections
If a fact is wrong, we would rather fix the record than defend the sentence. This policy is a working draft for legal review.

How to ask
Email talk@startupmedia360.com with the subject “Correction”, or use the contact form and choose Correction. Name the article, the sentence, and the source that shows the error. A request is not itself a correction.
What we change
A factual error is corrected in the article. The article shows an updated date when the text changes in a way a reader should notice. A clarification that adds context, without conceding an error, is labelled as an update. A story that should not have been published is retracted: it leaves the public indexes, and a retraction note replaces the original if the URL has already circulated.
What we do not do
We do not quietly rewrite a number and leave the timestamp untouched. We do not remove a sourced criticism because a company would prefer a smoother paragraph. Taste is not a correction.
