StartupMedia360 publishes journalism about startups and venture capital. The site is operated from 9 Tampines Grande, Asia Green, #02-00, Singapore 528735. By using it you agree to these terms as they stand, including the parts still marked for legal review.
Not advice
Nothing here is an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell a security, to invest in a fund, or to rely on a valuation. Rounds are reported as news. Valuations are someone else’s figure, attributed when we print them. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Our material
Our articles, design, and brand marks are ours. You may link to a story and quote a short passage with credit and a link. You may not republish a story wholesale, scrape the archive to train a product, or present our copy as your reporting. Company names and marks belong to their owners.
Your submissions
If you send a tip or a message, you confirm that you have the right to share it. A submission is not an assignment of a story and not a promise that we will publish. Do not send material you are not allowed to disclose.
Liability
Journalism includes reported facts and labelled analysis. We correct errors under the corrections policy. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take from a story, or for a site interruption. Some liabilities cannot be excluded, and nothing here tries to exclude those.
