TechCrunch reported on 22 April 2025 that Supabase raised $200 million at a $2 billion valuation, led by Accel. Accel described the company as powering a new generation of AI applications. TechCrunch set the round in the context of AI-assisted software development, which it called vibe coding.
The Asia investor in this archive is attached to the previous round, not that Series D. A Series C of $80 million in September 2024 was led by Peak XV and Craft. TechCrunch noted the Series D came seven months after the prior raise.
Geography is deliberately unfinished. Supabase has been associated with a New Zealand founding and with operations in Singapore. This profile does not convert that association into a headquarters, and it does not file the company under a country page. A later financing has circulated in secondary write-ups and is omitted until a primary source is adopted.
The round itself is the Series D briefing.
