What happened

On 22 October 2025, Endowus published a newsroom announcement: client assets had crossed US$10 billion, and the firm had closed a raise of more than US$70 million. The lead investor named by the company is Illuminate Financial. The participants named by the company are Prosus Ventures, Citi Ventures, and Asian family offices.

The figures in this briefing come from that announcement. They are company statements, and they are marked as such.

The amount

More than US$70 million. Endowus said the round combined roughly US$20 million of fresh capital with a conversion of notes. The company said total funding to date was more than US$130 million.

“More than” is the company’s wording. This briefing does not replace it with a precise figure the announcement did not give. In the funding tracker, the round is filed at that floor so a filter can find it. The label on the row still says “more than.”

Who invested

Illuminate Financial is the lead, as stated by Endowus. Prosus Ventures and Citi Ventures are named participants. Asian family offices participated. The families were not named in the facts this briefing uses, so they are not named here. There is no public profile for Prosus Ventures or Citi Ventures in this archive, because a participation in one round is not a dossier.

What the company does

Endowus described the raise as scaling its wealth-technology business. The company said it operates in Singapore and Hong Kong, and that client assets had crossed US$10 billion. This briefing does not extend that into a product catalogue the announcement did not need us to invent.

Use of funds

Endowus said the capital would support retirement and pension offerings, artificial intelligence, a business serving financial advisers and external asset managers, and regional expansion. That use of funds is included because the company stated it. It is not an independent audit of how the money was later spent.

Why it matters

The round is one of the few Southeast Asian announcements in this archive in which the company both published a large asset milestone and named a lead investor. It is also a case where the issuer, rather than only a newswire, set out a use of proceeds. Wealth technology is the category the company itself used.

Market context

DealStreetAsia reported about $320 million across 36 Southeast Asia deals in October 2025. A separate count, Tracxn figures reported via e27 for a comparable window, was $287 million across 14 rounds. The gap is a difference of method, discussed in the late-2025 analysis. Endowus’s “more than US$70 million” is material against either monthly tally. StartupMedia360 has not checked whether the company’s round sits inside either third-party count.

Singapore and Hong Kong are the markets the company named. They are the markets this story is filed under.

What remains undisclosed

The precise amount above US$70 million, the names of the family offices, the valuation, how much of the note conversion had been announced before, and a stage label. None of those are filled in to make the table look finished.
